It’s a BEAUTIFUL fall day here in Burlington, North Carolina and it’s time for the CrossFit Simplicity Weekly Rundown! It’s going to be a big week at the gym so please please pay attention to the announcements below!
Veteran’s Day: Tuesday is Veterans Day and we will have one class at 9 AM. I will be closed to the rest of the day. Join us at 9 AM to honor all those who have served for our freedom!
Friday the 14th: Chris Rice of CFS and Kaulig Racing has signed a huge deal with ram trucks for the 2026 NASCAR season. In conjunction with this there’s going to be a TV show, the details of which I cannot say much, but they will be filming here at CrossFit Simplicity all day Friday, November 14. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but the gym will be completely closed that day. There will be no classes and no open gym November 14.

1,000 Box Step-Ups (20 in) Wear a Ruck Pack (45/35 lb) Complete 1,000 box step ups for time. Use a 20 inch box and wear a ruck pack that weighs 45 lbs for men, and 35 lbs for women. A ruck is a weighted backpack to simulate the gear carried during a hiking expedition. Score is the time it takes to complete all 1,000 repetitions.
