What Is CrossFit?
By definition, CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. But at CrossFit Simplicity it’s much more than that. We train hard everyday during class and push ourselves to new limits that challenge us to improve physically and mentally as we work towards our goals. The intensity of CrossFit creates a bond between our members as we work and sweat through each class together. The greatest asset we have at CrossFit Simplicity is the community that is built one workout at a time.
