Hey guys,

       It’s a beautiful Sunday as always here in Burlington, North Carolina, and it’s time for the CrossFit Simplicity Weekly Rundown! This is the part of our week where we reflect on how great last week was at the gym and check out all we have in store at CFS over the next 7 days. And it’s a lot! First off, Happy Father’s Day to all of our Dads here at the gym! We are so grateful for you guys and proud to have you! You guys have been absolutely crushing it in the gym lately and we couldn’t be more proud. Summer is a busy time but attendance has been great and we know you are working towards those goals.   • Bingo Night: It’s official, Bingo Night at CFS is here to stay! This was our second Bingo event in CFS history and it was awesome. We will be sure to bring this one back again in the future. Thank you so much to all you guys who came out and played with us!
  • Grand Re-Opening: THIS Saturday at 9am we are having our first Bring A Friend Day and grand “re-opening” in the new home of CFS! It’s going to be a great time with lots of fun and fitness so be sure to invite your friends and join us in celebrating our new space! June 21st at 9am!
