CFS Weekly Rundown (12/16-12/21)

Hey guys,

It’s that time again! Happy Sunday and I hope everyone is ready for the CrossFit Simplicity Weekly Rundown!  The holidays are quickly approaching, and we have some awesome programming in store for you guys this week! We have one more week before we take a little break and deload for the holidays. This week we will be a week where we test all the workouts from week one of this cycle. This is a great opportunity to see how we have improved over the past six weeks. After this, we will take a light week over the Christmas holiday and allow everyone’s body a chance to rest and recover before we dive into the next phase of our programming. Be sure to pay attention to our announcements so that you know what our holiday schedule will be like this year!  The rundown is going to be a little different today as we are simply testing out the workouts from week one. So enjoy a Sunday free from reading and be sure to get in here this week and hit it hard!

  • Christmas Schedule: we will have normal hours the 23rd, we will have one class at 9am on the 24th where we hit 12 barbells of Christmas, we will be closed the 25th and 26th (potential open gym hours the 26th so watch your email) and will be open for normal hours beginning the 27th!

That’s honestly all we’ve got for today’s CrossFit Simplicity Weekly Rundown! We don’t have a lot for you guys today as we are simply testing the workouts from week one. This is a great opportunity to see how we have improved and get ready for a bit of a mild week so that we can be rested and ready to dive in the next phase of our programming. You guys have absolutely been crushing it lately so have fun testing this week and don’t put too much pressure on yourselves. Remember to stay as consistent as possible and keep grinding before the holidays. It’s always good to stay moving in the gym so you can feel good if you splurge a little bit outside of the gym! I hope everyone had a great weekend and get plenty of rest and relaxation so we can hit it hard this week. See you all in class!
